Single information point under section 12 TKG / Publications under sections 26 and 36 TKG

To give interested parties the opportunity to comment on the draft results of market definition (section 10 TKG) and of market analyses (section 11 TKG) within a fixed period, the Bundesnetzagentur has established a single information point. The national consultation documents that have been published may be viewed at the single information point.

The published documents observe the confidentiality of operating and business secrets.

Publications under Sections 26 and 36 TKG
Measures relating to rates regulation The Bundesnetzagentur publishes planned decisions on combined services and on the relevant benchmarks under section 32 subpara 2 and section 34 TKG. Prior to publication, it gives those companies to whom the decision is addressed an opportunity to comment. In the case of rates approval applications under section 32 subpara 1 TKG, and in the case of proceedings under Section 31(6) TKG, the Bundesnetzagentur publishes the rates measures provided for or applied for.
Measures relating to access regulation The Bundesnetzagentur publishes the measures taken under sections 16 to 25 TKG with due account being taken of the confidentiality of the operating and business secrets of the companies involved.
