De­ter­mi­na­tions re­lat­ing to in­di­vid­u­al pe­ri­ods or un­der­tak­ings (Lev­el 3)

Determinations relating to individual undertakings or periods (level 3) that are currently issued by the established ruling chambers will remain the responsibility of these ruling chambers.

These include, besides setting individual revenue caps, calculating the specific rate of equity return, the efficiency score and the productivity factor in line with the methodology determinations and the basic system set out in the framework determination.
