About the Grand Ruling Chamber for Energy
The Grand Ruling Chamber for Energy has primary responsibility for all nationally applicable determinations on the conditions and methods for:
- network access and
- determining the tariffs for network access, including cost and incentive regulation.
Each determination by the Grand Ruling Chamber for Energy is issued by a body comprising the President and Vice Presidents together with three other members of the Grand Ruling Chamber, one of whom will be designated as rapporteur.
The Grand Ruling Chamber for Energy may delegate determinations within its area of responsibility to one of the other ruling chambers.
