BK7-20-004 Ruling Chamber 7 proceedings

On 15 May 2020, Ruling Chamber 7 rejected the application of Nord Stream 2 AG for derogation from regulation for the section of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline located in German territory. A prerequisite for derogation under section 28b EnWG is, among other things, that the gas interconnector was completed before 23 May 2019. This is not the case for Nord Stream 2.
