Ruling Chamber 6 is responsible for the regulation of the access to electricity supply networks and for diverse topics that are related to this issue
Not covered are decisions relating to the setting and review of system charges.
The main activities focus on
- grid access and connection
- change of supplier
- metering
- unbundling
- offshore
To implement its decisions, the ruling chamber has been given powers to initiate the following types of proceeding:
- anti-competitive proceedings
- supervisory proceedings
- determination and reference offer proceedings
- approval and certification proceedings
- administrative offence proceedings
