RSPG

Radio Spectrum Policy Group

The RSPG is an advisory group that assists the European Commission in radio spectrum policy issues. The European Parliament and/or the Council can also request the RSPG to draw up opinions or reports on specific spectrum policy issues in conjunction with electronic communications.

Germany is represented in the RSPG by the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) and the Bundesnetzagentur.
