RSC

The RSC assists the European Commission in developing technical implementing decisions through advisory and examination procedures with the aim of ensuring harmonised conditions for the use of spectrum across the EU. Germany is represented in the RSC by the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) and the Bundesnetzagentur.
