Pro­ce­dure

Companies offering telecoms services to the public are required under Section 5 of the TKV to submit once a year to the RegTP a certificate from an accredited quality system certification body or a report from a publicly appointed, sworn expert.

The requirements on expert reports, certificates, assessment reports and certification bodies, and details of the submission requirement and follow-up action are set out in Administrative Order 18/2000 "Telecommunications Customer Protection Ordinance ("TKV") Section 5 - Metering and Billing: Requirements - Procedures - Follow-Up Action" published in Official Gazette 4/2000 of 23 February 2000 and amended by Communication 63/2000 in Official Gazette 12/2000 of 30 June 2000.
