BK9-20-002 Beschlusskammer 9

Die Unternehmen FLUXYS Deutschland GmbH, Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH, GASCADE Gastransport GmbH und ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH, haben am 07. Oktober 2020 gemeinsam einen Projektantrag für neu zu schaffende Gastransportkapazität in Form eines Kapazitätsupgrades am Netzkopplungspunkt „Lubmin II“ an der Marktgebietsgrenze zwischen der Russischen Föderation beziehungsweise dem Nord Stream 2-Leitungssystem und dem deutschen Markgebiet Trading Hub Europe gem. Art. 28 Abs. 1 VO (EU) 2017/459 (NC CAM) vorgelegt. Beim Kapazitätsupgrade handelt es sich um eine Aufwertung aktuell gebuchter dynamisch zuordenbarer Kapazitätsprodukte (DZK 1 und DZK 2) in frei zuordenbare Kapazitätsprodukte (FZK). In dem Verwaltungsverfahren hat die Beschlusskammer 9 der Bundesnetzagentur für Elektrizität, Gas, Telekommunikation, Post und Eisenbahnen, Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, gegenüber der FLUXYS Deutschland GmbH, Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH, GASCADE Gastransport GmbH sowie der ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH am 26.04.2021 folgenden Beschluss gefasst:

On 7 October 2020, FLUXYS Deutschland GmbH, Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH, GASCADE Gastransport GmbH and ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH submitted their project application for incremental capacity in the form of a capacity upgrade at the Lubmin II interconnection point on the market area border between the Russian Federation (the Nord Stream 2 pipeline system) and the German market area Trading Hub Europe to German regulatory authorities for approval pursuant to Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/459. The project envisages the upgrade of currently booked dynamically allocable capacity products (DZK1 and DZK2) to firm, freely allocable capacity products (FZK).
