In the administrative proceedings pursuant to section 29(1) in conjunction with section 56(1) para 2 Energy Industry Act (EnWG) in conjunction with Article 6(11) of Regulation (EU) No 715/2009 in conjunction with Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) No 2017/45, concerning the approval of a project proposal for an increment gas transport capacity project concerning the interconnection point between the GASPOOL market area and Poland.

Ruling Chamber 9 of the Bundesnetzagentur für Elektrizität, Gas, Telekommunikation, Post und Eisenbahnen, Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn, issued the following decision in regard of ONTRAS gastransport GmbH on April 17, 2019:
