Determination procedure in the matter of the hydrogen balancing and balancing base model (WasABi)

On 03.07.2024, Ruling Chamber 7 launched a determination procedure in the matter of the hydrogen balancing and balancing base model (WasABi).

The procedure is aimed at all operators of hydrogen networks (Section 3 No. 10b EnWG) insofar as the provisions of Sections 28k to 28o EnWG apply to them, (Section 28j (1) EnWG).

Public consultation:
Comments can be submitted to the Ruling Chamber until 30.08.2024. For further details, please refer to the attached introductory document.

After evaluating the comments received during the first consultation, Ruling Chamber 7 prepared a tenor draft of the intended determination.

Comments can be submitted to the Ruling Chamber until 28.02.2025. For further details, please refer to the attached document.
