BK4-23-002 Konsultation der Festlegung von Regelungen für die Bestimmung des kalkulatorischen Eigenkapitalzinssatzes für Neuanlagen im Kapitalkostenaufschlag

Die Beschlusskammer 4 hat von Amts wegen ein Verfahren für eine Festlegung von Regelungen für die Bestimmung des kalkulatorischen Eigenkapitalzinssatzes für Neuanlagen im Kapitalkostenaufschlag nach § 21 Abs. 3 S. 4 Nr. 1 a) EnWG-E i.V.m. § 29 Abs. 1 EnWG eingeleitet. Danach kann die Bundesnetzagentur zur Bestimmung betriebsnotwendiger Netzkosten für die Netzentgeltermittlung hinsichtlich des Zugangs zu den Gasversorgungsnetzen und den Elektrizitätsversorgungsnetzen im Wege der Festlegung Entscheidungen zu einer angemessenen, wettbewerbsfähigen und risikoangepassten kalkulatorischen Eigenkapitalverzinsung treffen.

Das Verfahren wird bei der Beschlusskammer 4 unter dem Geschäftszeichen BK4-23-002 geführt.
